Jet lagged, fridge almost empty (haven't been at home for a month), dark and cold outside (winter - not summer), not enough cash to get pizza delivered. What to eat?
Found a couple of eggs, some greek feta cheese and an onion in the fridge, some spinach in the freezer, salt, pepper, oregano and sweet hungarian paprika. Perfect! Spinach and feta frittata.
YUMMMMMMMMMMMM That reminds me of that tortilla we ate for breakfast at the market in Barcelona.
