Favourtie food blogs

Maybe this is a lazy kind of post, but it is my first one!

I thought I'd share some of my favourite food related blogs.

I might have told Ida about these before, but since she writes everything on tiny scraps of paper that probably get lost in her MAMMOTH backpack, I thought it best to document them properly.

1. http://rasamalaysia.com/
This is obviously an asian food focused blog, but when I just checked it then, today's post is on Norwegian salmon HA! She posts beautiful and simple malaysian, singaporean and japanese recipes, using ingredients that you could find at any supermarket, maybe even in Sweden.

2. http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/
Pioneer Woman is the queen of Southern US cooking. It is rare that she presents a recipe that doesn't include cream, cheese, bacon or pasta.

3. http://www.notquitenigella.com/
A sydney girl who writes about restaurants, travelling, recipes...

Empty fridge

Jet lagged, fridge almost empty (haven't been at home for a month), dark and cold outside (winter - not summer), not enough cash to get pizza delivered. What to eat?

Found a couple of eggs, some greek feta cheese and an onion in the fridge, some spinach in the freezer, salt, pepper, oregano and sweet hungarian paprika. Perfect! Spinach and feta frittata.
